Fun Times in Kansas City and Ocala, FL

Can hardly believe it's been a week already since I hopped a plane to speak at two events in two cities in two states back-to-back! Had a great time and it's been a whirlwind since returning. This is my first real opportunity to share some photos and what I've been up to!

My first stop was a packed house at the Women in Business Friday Night Fun event on Friday, April 23rd in the Kansas City area put on by four area American Business Women's Association groups. I shared how to live like your nail color and we even co-created the nail color "Red-ee for Success" for everyone to take home with them!

Special thanks to Christine Smailys, Janet Samborski, Debra Weilbacher, Nancy Bellenger, Katie Lord, Ronda Marchant and more of the ABWA Dynamic Connections chapter, New Spirit chapter, Driven to Succeed chapter, and Lawrence Express Network for putting on the event.

Next, I flew to Ocala, FL for the kick-off celebration of the new ABWA chapter there on Sat, April 24th. Being big horse country, I inspired them to live like the nail color "Hoof Prints in the Sand" that I co-created the nail color with Karen Rudolf, the "take charge" gal and new chapter President. She even arranged a horse carriage ride for Lynn Drown, ABWA National Secretary/Treasurer, and I right before everyone arrived. What a surprise! Thanks again, Karen!

As you can see, living like your nail color isn't just about the polish. It's also about women coming together to network, learn, and support one another. In fact, I'm a member of ABWA myself, which is how I met all these great gals who asked me to speak at their events.

Are you part of a group like ABWA?  If so, it makes living like your nail color a whole lot easier and a ton more fun!

Mary Foley is cuter in person than her photos...not that the photos are bad....she also has a sparkling personality! Thanks for a great event. Everyone we talk to want you to come back. They are kicking themselves for not going. (and we had a full house)
